What Gets Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All project data (builds, repairs, flips)
  • Parts, labor, and financial records
  • Photos and media you uploaded
  • AI chat history and valuations
  • Invoices and estimates
  • All subscription data

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account directly from WrenchTrack.

Open the WrenchTrack app

Go to Settings (⚙️ icon at bottom right)

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"

Confirm deletion by entering your password

Option 2: Email Request

Can't access the app? Send us a deletion request via email.

Send an email to support@wrenchtrack.app

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your registered email address

We'll verify your identity and process the request

⏱️ Deletion Timeline

Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you can no longer access the app.

Within 30 days: All your data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups.

Note: This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.

⚠️ Before You Delete

Active Subscription? Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

Want to Keep Your Data? Use the "Export Projects" feature in Settings to download a CSV of all your project data before deleting.
