By downloading, installing, or using WrenchTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WrenchTrack is a project management application designed for mechanics, car flippers, and garage enthusiasts to:

• Track automotive projects and repair jobs
• Manage parts, labor, and costs
• Calculate profits and ROI
• Store project photos and documentation
• Generate financial reports

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All content you create and store in the App

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WrenchTrack only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Resell or redistribute the service

5. User Content

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you create in WrenchTrack, including:

• Project information
• Financial data
• Photos and media
• Notes and descriptions

5.2 License to Us

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.3 Data Backup

While we maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We recommend regular exports using the CSV export feature.

6. Fees and Payment

WrenchTrack is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
• Provide advance notice of any pricing changes
• Grandfather existing users under current terms

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service "As Is"

WrenchTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be:

• Error-free or uninterrupted
• Free from viruses or harmful components
• Compatible with all devices
• Available at all times

7.2 No Professional Advice

WrenchTrack is a tool for organization and calculation. It does not provide:

• Legal, tax, or financial advice
• Professional automotive consulting
• Business or accounting services

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchTrack and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding $100 or the amount paid by you

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WrenchTrack from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the App

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may export your data before deletion
• Access to the service will cease immediately

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses security or legal risks
• We discontinue the service

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Change these Terms with 30 days notice
• Update the App for improvements

11. Intellectual Property

WrenchTrack, its logo, and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works

12. Privacy

Your use of WrenchTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court cases.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
